I stayed here for three nights and loved how close it was to the Santa Monica Pier and Ocean Avenue. The pool was a nice way to relax after a day of exploring.

Thanks for the great service you offered me, including shuttle to the beach. The location was absolutely incredible, close to central Santa Monica and the venice beach, 3rd boulevard or the santa monica pier and Pier and central shopping.

I loved the room. It was spacious and had a living area with an armchair, separate from the bedroom. bathroom was also very comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately the sink in our bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, was annoying when you approached it. gym was nice and pool area was very good too. I found the location to be good. Too bad they charge for all kinds of extra services.

I found it inappropriate for a hotel that is not cheap to charge for all kinds of additional services: parking, breakfast. Even when we arrived and it took us a little more than 1 hour (to check in, pack our bags, order our things) they wanted to charge us 10 USD for using the parking lot during that time. I don't remember the price of breakfast, but parking was 40 USD a day. Luckily there is a parking building in front of the hotel and for 3 days we finally paid only 30 USD (at the hotel we would have paid 120).

The spacious room was a relief after the high parking fees.

The location of the hotel is super. Very near to 3rd street and Santa monica pier, so the beach. Double trees rooms are suits. Because of this, especially I advice double tree suites hotel for the families.

When we said that the overnight parking was too much, they gave us a discount.

Very convenient to get too from airport.

The staff were friendly and eager to assist, really making this visit special. It exceeded my previous experiences in los angeles and i can't wait to return.

Location,cleanliness excellent

Check the price upon ckeck in if you have booked the room through Booked.net. This site was showing 50usd and I had been charged 300usd. The hotel and Booked.net systems does not communicate each other properly and I paid the price....

Great location within walking distance to the beach and shops. Staff was friendly and helped with clean sheets when needed. The fitness center was noisy at times, but overall the room was clean and spacious. Just be cautious about room placement if you're sensitive to noise.

I loved how it was very close to shopping, dining and the beach. We did not have a rental car and were able to walk everywhere. Safe and friendly atmosphere. The Staff was excellent. They went out of their way to help us with pretty much everyhting., Rental car, directions, extra amneties, etc. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant had awesome breakfasts.

It was a great location. Walking distance to pier & 3rd st promenade. Was so clean ! The rooms and bathrooms especially were spotless !
